Chief Woliboga is a massive male bullywug with bumpy purple skin. His eyes are orange and he wears a variety of metal chains, bands and collars.
Personality
Woliboga is extremely greedy and gluttonous. He cares for the safety of Bullywogia but clearly puts his own interests first. The chief speaks incredibly slowly, with a deep rumbling voice that commands a certain level of respect among his people.
