Enlem is a village in the Lenstein province of Loneda. The settlement well known for its relatively busy market, which attracts a large number of merchants and travellers. Painted signs hang above the doors of buildings, stating their name and purpose. This custom extends to most residential dwellings.
Geography
Enlem is located in the Reyas Plains along the Blackberry Road, between Greene Holt and Crosow Forest. The Jovial Stream passes through the village, supplying the local population with water.
Government
Enlem is ruled by a group known as the Enlem Council, which consists of many of the most prominent people within the village. Despite having a large amount of power, the council prefers not to engage in disputes unless necessary.
Defences
Enlem has no formal defence force, however every teenager in the village is taught how to wield a spear in combat. This training has made inhabitants of Enlem better at fighting than most in other nearby settlements.
