Humans were the first mortals created by the gods and remain unchanged even after contact with supernatural beings. Humans are known to be incredibly ambitious, able to accomplish great deeds when they set their minds to it. Humans have no natural affinity towards any one skillset or specialization, instead adopting unique abilities depending on their culture.
Description
Humans are an incredibly varied people, mostly lacking in a “standard” appearance. Despite this, there are some similarities among most humans. Male humans are usually taller and heavier than females, though individuals are known to vary.
Human skin tones and hair colours range greatly, with common shades changing depending on region or environment. Human eyes are also varied in a similar way. Dark coloured eyes are very common in hot climates, whereas lighter eyes are common in cold regions.
Humans grow a significant amount of hair on their bodies, with males having more body hair than females. Some humans decide to grow their hair out, while others keep their hair trimmed. Attitudes towards facial hair vary greatly depending on the culture, with some seeing it as a sign of masculinity and others as a sign of barbarism.
Personality
Almost all humans are religious, vastly more than other beings. The zealous nature of humans can often seem fanatical to other less religiously inclined creatures. Humans have a great capacity for acts of good and evil, leading them to be great heroes or despicable villains. This element of flexible morality, combined with a natural ambition and religious vigour has allowed humans to construct great nations and accomplish miraculous feats despite the presence of countless dangers.
