Bag-Dog is a magical dog contained within the Dog-Bag. The dog and the corresponding bag were created by the archmage Azahl at the request of the Sanrhett family. Bag-Dog was meant to guard the family from harm and was designed to be a highly skilled fighter.
Bag-Dog is able to enter and exit the Dog-Bag as he pleases, allowing him to be carried across long distances. The bag serves as his home and he usually retreats into the bag to sleep.
Though he was meant to protect the Sanrhett family, the Dog-Bag was sewn shut while Bag-Dog was sleeping in it, leaving him unable to defend the family as they were massacred by their treacherous servant. The bag was eventually opened by Darius, who Bag-Dog now protects.
